ISOThe Quality Management System (QMS) of all the Holding’s enterprises – Lebedinsky and Mikhailovsky GOKs, Ural Steel and OEMK is certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. The certified Quality Management System is a vivid evidence that the Holding’s enterprises supply high-quality products, which meet the most exacting requirements of the customers. The Quality Management System implemented at OEMK is also certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/TS 16949:2002. The certification for compliance with this standard is a compulsory requirement of the world class automobile manufacturers, to which METALLOINVEST regularly ships its steel products. In view to ensure environmental protection and to increase the efficiency of the environmental programs all of METALLOINVEST’s enterprises have implemented the Environmental Management System (EMS) certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO14001. METALLOINVEST Management Company is the first among Russian mining and metallurgical holdings to certify Information Security Management System according to international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2005. It is the only standard which specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented information security management system (ISMS) within the context of the organization’s overall business risks.
