ProductsLebedinsky GOK (LGOK) produces:
• Ordinary iron ore concentrate
Average iron content = 68%
It is non-toxic, flame-proof and explosion-proof, with low levels of sulphur, phosphorus and titanium oxide.
• High-grade iron ore concentrate
Average iron content = approximately 70%
High grade iron ore concentrate is produced from ordinary concentrate at the secondary beneficiation plant.
• Dried ordinary iron ore concentrate
Average iron content = approximately 68%.
Due to its low moisture content, the dried concentrate does not freeze during the winter and can be used for continuous sinter production during the winter.
• Non-fluxed pellets
Average iron content = 66%.
• Fluxed pellets
Average iron content = 66.5%
Fluxed pellets are used in the production of HBI/DRI.
• HBI
Average iron content = approximately 90.6%, with a metallisation rate of approximately 93.7% and low sulphur and phosphorus content.
• Screening of iron ore pellets and HBI fines
By-products of LGOK’s beneficiation processes are used in sinter production.
