Committees of the Board of Directors

The Strategy Committee and the Finance, Budgeting and Audit Committees work to consider on a preliminary basis the most important issues and give recommendations on decisions to be taken by the Board of Directors.

The committees are comprised of the members of the Board of Directors of METALLOINVEST MC, LLC. The Finance, Budgeting and Audit Committee is headed by an independent director.
