Employees are the most important asset of the Company and caring for their health is a key priority of our social responsibility policy.
Corporate healthcare facilities with all the necessary equipment and conditions for recovery are in place in all towns, where the Company operates. These consist of health centres, networks of drop-in centres, health resorts, recovery clinics, and camps for children.
The key areas of the Company’s health care activities are:
- prevention of workplace illness;
- reduction in the overall level of illness;
- development and deployment of a system managing health and the risks associated with damaging it;
- increased accessibility and quality of medical assistance.
Periodical medical check-ups form the basis of the efficient healthcare system for employees. Treatment in health resorts across Russia and the CIS is prescribed as becomes necessary according to the results of these health check-ups.
